Thank you to our supportive community, our regulars, our fans, and our dedicated hardworking employees.

Our mission since day one is to bring the flavors of Guadalajara to the Twin Cities by providing fresh ingredients, sustainable business practices, and exceptional hospitality.

Three years ago today we took a leap to open a brick-and-mortar location. We took an unfavorable situation and turned it into something positive. Through the years we’ve had the pleasure to work with many wonderful employees who helped us grow our little restaurant to what it is today.

All good things must come to an end, and today we are announcing our next big leap.

We are unbelievably grateful and excited to announce that coming January 2021, we will be moving down the street on Snelling to what used to be New Bohemia in Roseville!

The new restaurant will give us the pleasure to further expand on our mission by providing a welcoming, affordable, and comfortable dining and takeout experience!

We cannot express the amount of joy it is to serve our community as we take our next big leap. We hope to see you all soon in our new space.
